Tactical Breathing for Workplace Wellbeing

Though stress/anxiety and ‘pressure’ within a workplace is well recognised, the physical effects of prolonged stress and anxiety are less recognised. The ability to help mitigate these responses via conscious control of breathing is even more poorly understood .
